A classic heritage variety. If grown in Jersey they are known as Jersey Royals (TM). If lifted early they are small, mild and waxy, and if left to mature they become large and floury. Yellow, long oval tubers. Low blight resistance and high scab resistance. Taste great hot or cold, sliced, diced or whole. Suitable for boiling and salads.
