Order Details
The quantity, description and price of the goods will be those stated in your order. On occasion, certain varieties of plants may be replaced with suitable alternatives depending on stock levels and season, though we work hard to keep this to a minimum.
There is no minimum order.
Orders will be accepted if the goods are available, you are based in the Delivery Area (Mainland United Kingdom) and your payment is authorised.

Payment
Payment will be processed by our preferred payment handler Paypal (the leader in online payments, delivering one of the most secure payment platforms in the world), who use cutting-edge data encryption to ensure your information is kept private. You do not require a Paypal account to be able to pay.
We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.

Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. Please ensure that this address is accurate. We will deliver to the Mainland United Kingdom only . Please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering if you require delivery to any other UK locations. e.g. Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, etc.
Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out or unavailable when we deliver .We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered.
We will aim to deliver within the selected time frame but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as possible. All goods will be sent using our preferred carrier usually via Next Day Delivery. Our delivery pricing is £6.50 per delivery month selected regardless of amount ordered. For more than 4 deliveries please contact us for a quote prior to ordering. Alternatively you can order multiple times. Incorrect postage must be rectified before we will begin to process any order.
- Returns/Refunds
If the goods are damaged when they are delivered or are substantially different from their description on the website, you are entitled to request a refund excluding postage charges.
Please contact us immediately so that we are able to deal with your query.
- Cancellations
Vegetable plug plants are grown specifically for your order and we therefore are unable to accept cancellations once the growing process has begun. We may be able to accept cancellations up to this point, or for stock products. (May be subject to cancellation fee).

These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We aim to continually improve our goods, so changes to them may be made at any time. We will endeavour to keep the website up to date, therefore all information is subject to change without notice. Pictures on the website are as accurate as possible, however variations in colour, shape and size must be expected.
The content of this website is for those from addresses within the delivery area (Mainland United Kingdom).
We assume no responsibility for the content of any other websites to which this website has links to.

- Gift Certificates
Please note, gift certificate values are deducted in the basket prior to postage charges, which must be paid by the owner of the gift certificate.
We do not give change, so it is advisable that the items you purchase are equal to or higher than the value of the gift certificate for it to work properly.
Gift Certificates are valid for a year from the day they are received and will only work once.
